At DogWorx Gear, LLC, we offer shipping to all 50 states in the United States. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit and we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. Guarantee, Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee our kits. If for any reason you are not happy with our kit, please contact us. We will make it right, or refund your money. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DOGWORX, LLC.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items, excluding personalized or custom items. Returns must not have been used, soiled, washed or deconstructed. Items included within THE K9 MEDKIT must remain fully intact, unused and unopened. Returns with missing or opened kit items will not be processed.

Contact us if you need to return an item. We will provide a prepaid label for returns or exchanges. Once the returned item is received, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.

Outdoor dog gear that has been used or is no longer in original condition is not eligible for return. Information on this website and in the K9 Pocket Field Guide is provided in good faith for first response to accidents, illness, injury and emergencies. Professional veterinary care should always be sought when needed.
