RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DogWorx, LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a no-hassel
30-day return policy on all items (excluding personalized or custom items).
All returns are required to not have been used, soiled, washed or deconstructed, All items included within THE K9 MEDIC KIT, must be fully intact, unused all items must not be opened. If there are items missing or open from kit, returns will not be processed.
If you need to return an item, please contact us, and let us know how we can help. We have provided a prepaid label for you with your order, in case of returns or exchanges.
